Has Guns will be hosting an all women’s class. This class consist of two days of training. An individual can take part or all three portions of the classes.

Friday evening we will begin with a Self Defense Class starting at 5:30pm. Allyson Meadows is our Self Defense Instructor. Allyson is a Black Belt in Marshall Arts and practices in multiple disciplines of marshal arts. She has been a Marshal Arts instructor for years. She will work with the students that evening going over how to break holds, and other self defense techniques. The cost for this class is $30.

Saturday morning at 9am we will start with a NRA Basics Of Pistol Shooting Class. This class is designed to teach the individual everything about pistols. From the very basics of what each part is called to the more intricate items like loading, unloading, grip, stance, shooting, and accuracy.

We will have a good bit of training on the range as well. We will work with each student on a one-on-one bases to improve there accuracy and shooting ability. There is a minimum of 45 rounds required for this class.

Saturday’s Basics of Pistol Shooting class will begin at 9am. We will finish up the shooting requirement for this class on Saturday afternoon. This Portion of the class cost $50 and there is a student kit that cost $25.

Immediately after the Basics of Pistol Shooting Class we will begin the Basic Concealed Carry Class. This class will cover all of the information needed to obtain your Concealed Carry License. This class consist of classroom and range time. There is a 20 round shooting requirement for this class. However, if you have taken the Basics of Pistol Shooting, then you can use your shooting requirement from that class to qualify for the Concealed Carry License. Please Note the Arkansas State Police Require that you qualify with semi-automatic pistol. If you elect to use a revolver you can only carry a revolver.

This class will follow right after the Self Defense Class and Participants that decided to take only this class should arrive by 1pm. The  cost for this portion of class is $75.

Anyone taking part in any of the range functions should have eye and ear protection. If you have your own please bring those items on Saturday. If you do not have those items we do have items available for your to use.
